Delivery

All my jewelry is personally handcrafted by me. I like to give a 2-4 week lead time before items can ship. Please contact me if you have a time sensitive request and I would be happy to work something out with you.

All items are shipped via Canada Post express mail at a flat rate cost noted below. Parcels are shipped with insurance up to $500.00, tracking and with signature requirement.

The customer is responsible for any duty/tax that may be charged at the time of delivery.

Payment

For all jewelry payment is due in full upfront at the time of purchase. I currently only accept payments via paypal.

Sales Tax

RST is applied to purchases made within Ontario, Canada only and the charge will appear automatically during your checkout.

Return Policy

All items are made to order and carefully handcrafted by myself. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase I accept exchanges for unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt for store credit. Shipping charges/duty or tax are non-refundable.

Repairs

I offer repair services for my jewelry. Please contact me to arrange details for the return. Upon receiving and inspecting the jewelry I will contact you with the repair costs and the time frame to complete the work.
