Frequently Asked Questions

Is there nickel in the metal?
Nickel is used as an alloy in white gold to create the whitish color, therefore my white gold jewelry does contain nickel.  A nickel free option would be to use palladium white gold.

Do you do special orders or custom work?
I am happy to do commission pieces, such as unique engagement rings and other one of kind pieces. If you are interested in a special order please contact me for further information.

Can I get a different size ring if mine does not fit?
I can re-size some rings.  The first time you order a ring it will be sized to fit you. Any re-sizing of finished pieces will incur extra costs, please contact me for further details.

Where do the stones come from?
My stones are sourced through vendors around the world. Majority being from India. All pieces are personally selected by me and are natural in origin, color and conflict free diamonds and gemstones.

Why does my jewelry look different than on the website?
There are several factors. Computer and monitor settings affect the colors of the stones. Also, each piece of jewelry is individually handcrafted by one person, there will be very slight alterations in how a finished piece will look. Some gemstones will come in a variety of colors, each piece with its own character and inclusions. I believe this uniqueness makes each piece of jewelry one of a kind.

What type of metal in used in your jewelry?
I work with recycled metals. I use 100% genuine sterling silver, 14K/18K/22K gold and occasionally I work with 14/20 gold filled material.

What is your return policy?
I accept exchange or store credit for unworn jewelry within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges and duty/tax are non-refundable.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
My jewelry is shipped in a presentable box with my personalized logo. If you would like to specify a type of packaging and use a blank card please let me know as this service is available at additional cost.
